What this tool measures
This tool does not measure performance. It gives you an editable draft so you start from a structure instead of a blank page: pick a platform, a tone and a topic, and it returns a post template with placeholders in square brackets.
Templates are deliberately generic. The value comes from what you put in the brackets: your product, your customer's real words, your numbers.
How to read each field
- Platform
- Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X or Facebook. LinkedIn drafts drop the Instagram hashtags and add a short tag line, Twitter / X drafts are cut to the first lines and up to three hashtags, and Facebook uses the Instagram draft as it is.
- Tone
- Professional, Casual, Humorous, Inspirational or Educational. The tone changes the wording and structure of the draft, not the facts you supply.
- Topic
- Product launch, behind the scenes, customer testimonial, industry tip, company milestone, holiday or event, how-to guide or team spotlight.
- Copy
- Copies the draft so you can paste it into your scheduler or the platform and replace every bracketed placeholder.
Worked example
A bakery picks Instagram, Casual and Behind the Scenes. The draft opens with a line inviting people behind the scenes at [Company]. The owner replaces the brackets with the bakery name, adds a photo of the 4am dough prep and the first batch of the day, and keeps the closing question so followers have something to answer.
Before posting, read it once aloud. If a sentence sounds like any other business could have written it, replace it with a detail only you know: a customer name you have permission to use, a number from the week, or a specific problem you solved.
Limits to keep in mind
- The drafts are templates, not original writing. Posting them unedited will look generic and may sound like other accounts using the same tool.
- It does not check character limits, schedule posts or analyse results.
- Check platform rules and any claims you add, such as results or testimonials, before publishing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I post the generated text as it is?
No. Every draft contains placeholders and general phrasing. Replace the brackets and add one specific detail before you publish.
Which tone should I choose?
Match the tone your audience already responds to on that platform. LinkedIn usually suits professional or educational, Instagram suits casual or inspirational, and humour works only if it fits your brand.
Why are Twitter / X posts so short?
The tool trims the draft to its first lines and a few hashtags to stay close to the platform's short format. Check the character count in your own scheduler before posting.
